The founder of Servant Marketing Group, Chris Gleason, has been an active member of the direct marketing community in the Washington DC region for more than 20 years. A key element of his success is the time shared with the Direct Marketing Association of Washington (DMAW) and the DMAW Educational Foundation (DMAW EF).
Chris’ journey into marketing and communications began in the 1980s, learning the finer points of customer service by first working the front desk of a business print operation in McLean, Virginia. He quickly discovered the great satisfaction of serving customers and providing effective production solutions. This experience unknowingly proved to be the foundation for Servant Marketing Group.
